Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper validation of specified quantity in input in the layer-2 control protocols daemon (l2cpd). A remote attacker on the local network can send specially crafted LLDP packet to the affected device to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
